Dublin Dash 2011This year we will be having Frank Shorter, the 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist in the marathon be the MC at the post race ceremony. Frank has set an astounding amount of records and will be an amazing attribute to have at the Dublin Dash this year. Come see Frank on March 19th, 2011 at the Dublin Dash! More information about Frank and how his Olympic victory set off the running craze in America visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Shorter The Dublin Dash is an annual 5k fun run/walk. The event raises money for the students of the AIChE to attend regional and national conferences. The last National conference was held in Salt Lake City, Utah and 5 members of the AIChE were able to attend. The upcoming regional conference will be held in the beginning of April in Laramie, Wyoming. In addition, funds will be used for outreach programs in the community and student scholarships. 2011 Race FlierThe pre-registration form is available above.
