The Locations for on-site registration will be:

        Friday

                Noon-5 in the Lobby of the Chemical  Engineering building

        Saturday

                 Noon in the Classroom Building

Discounted rates for hotel rooms can be found here:

                Ensure that in the ‘Group Code’ field, that “AIC” is input.  Doing this will give the following rates:

-          Standard: $69.00

-          King Leisure: $69.00

-          King Executive: $79.00

-          Plaza Suite: $99.00

The Discounted Rate Code will only work until March 22. If you want to book a hotel room after March 22nd, you must call the Holiday Inn directly at (605) 348-4000, and tell them that you are attending the "AIChE Conference".

Conference events will be held in this hotel as well as nearby buildings, so use of this hotel is highly recommended.
